It is with great pleasure and honor that we welcome you to the 3rd International Conference of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics (ICONSD2026), to be held in the vibrant city of Thessaloniki, at A.U.Th. KEDEA, between November 20-22, 2026. The conference continues the legacy of the succcessful ICONSD2024 conference and is co-organised by the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics of the International Hellenic University and the Hellenic Dietetitians-Nutritionists Association.
ICONSD2026 represents a unique opportunity for professionals, researchers, and students in the fields of nutrition and dietetics to come together, share knowledge, and discuss the latest advancements and challenges in our field.
