Guidelines
The Scientific Committee of ICONSD2026 invites authors to submit abstracts for Oral or Poster Presentations in -but not limited to- the conference's thematic areas.
- Submission Deadline: July 31, 2026
- Notification of Acceptance: August 30, 2026
- Participation Limit: Each author may present only one work as the presenting author, although they may participate in multiple works.
- Registration Requirement: For an abstract to be included in the program, the presenting author must complete their registration and payment by September 15, 2026.
Formatting Rules
- Language: English
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF (.pdf).
- Word Count: Maximum 250 words (excluding title).
- Font: Arial 11pt, fully justified, single line spacing.
- Title: Should be clear and concise.
- Structure: The abstract should be structured with the following headings:
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Images/Tables: Maximum 1 table and 1 image. Table content counts towards the word limit.
- Note: Do not include author names or affiliations within the abstract file. These details must be entered only in the corresponding portal fields.

Authors are required to use the official conference template for their abstracts.

Oral Presentations:
Presenters will have a specific time slot (e.g., 10-15 mins) to present their work using slides. Details will be provided upon acceptance. -
Poster Presentations:
Dimensions: Max 80 cm (width) x 120 cm (height). Posters will be displayed in the designated area during the conference.
Other information
- Payment of the conference registration fee does not automatically imply acceptance of the paper. In the event of non-acceptance of your paper, the participation fee will be refunded, provided that the author does not wish to participate in the conference and notifies the secretariat in writing within 20 days of receiving the letter of non-acceptance of his/her paper.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation method from oral (if requested by the submitter) to a posted announcement, but not vice versa.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make limited changes to the abstracts in terms of grammar, syntax and formatting.
